Q: Update 9.3.1 Iphone 5 stopped working

Hi,

i recently updated to 9.3.1 and since then i don't have 3G and can't call or send messages. Incoming calls work and wifi without a problem. i tried to remove simcard and restart the phone. no results..please help!!

I also got a problem when my Ip 5S updated to iOs 9.3.1. I cannot use exchange mail any more, that cause a huge of annoyance
I tried to restart and reset my phone several times but it did not work until now.

Please help if someone has solution for that
