iphone won't sync

Question

iphone won't sync

my iphone 6 64 gig will not sync with itunes. itunes works correctly without problem, until i try to sync, and then the error message "itunes has quit unexpectdly" comes up. does anyone have a solution to this?

iPhone 6, 9.3.2 beta

You did not say whether you were using a Mac or PC with iTunes. Not knowing that, perhaps this will help:

it is now happening when i attempt to access the itunes store.

i tried opening it up in safemode, and the problem persisted. I have attempted to uninstall, and then reinstall itunes, and the problem is still occurring
