Q: "This item is temporarily unavailable" or "you did not buy this item"

Within my playlists specific tracks will pop up the error "this item is temporarily unavailable." They are always the same tracks. I tried adding them from apple music utilizing my subscription. The odd part is, if I play the track when looking in the apple music catalog, it plays fine. When I add it to a playlist then try to play it, the error pops up. How can I solve this?
