Scam advertising on CNN about Apple Test Group for new iPhone 7 in Canada?

I saw the ad on CNN's App and I thought it looks awfully like a scam.

I searched the following with Google and came up empty:

Paul Hurley, Fox Tech, HappyCrocky, Steven Riley from West Vancouver

If Apple can offer an official version as to whether there is a Test Group or not in Canada - or Vancouver, BC, Canada - it will be ideal. Apple uses internal testing of new products?

I have to admire this scam a little bit (a TINY bit), the page recognizes your device manufacturer/Model/OS/browser/location and customizes it's text accordingly. When I first saw this on my Android device, it identified my manufacturer (LG), number (G3) and referred to it through it's article, including the Editor's Note. Except for a few telltale areas (e.g. "This is not a joke!"), this scam was a cut above most that we see.

Yes. I searched this forum and confirmed that real testing is internal to Apple. Also, I follow many sources on leaked iPhone designs, etc. and none ever mentioned a Test Group.

What got me slightly angry is that it appears on CNN's ad section. It shows that we can't believe CNN in so far as who is actually advertising on CNN and there is not enough rigor filtering?
