Q: Connect iPad Pro to printer

It appears the Epson L355 is not AirPrint capable (I see nothing relating to AirPrint in it's specs here: https://www.epson.eu/ix/en/viewcon/corporatesite/products/mainunits/overview/118 55 nor in Apple's list of AirPrint capable printers linked to in my first post).

Although that printer is wireless-capable, it's not AirPrint capable.

I use Printer Pro to print directly from my iGadgets to the office's HP printers. None of which are AirPrint enabled.
