Q: xcode ipA wont install from os x server

I install os server and Xcode and I made an Ipa file by a bot........

I went to https://myserver.com/xcode (on my iPad) and I see my app.ipa !! I then click on "Install".......... It said "CAN NOT CONNECT TO MYSERVER.COM"
