Need help getting imessage to work on laptop

Hello! I've been using imessage successfully for a long time, but today I got multiple prompts to enter my icloud, facetime, imessage passwords. I ended up having to change my apple ID password. Now I'm not able to get imessage to work on my laptop. Any help? Thanks!
