Q: ipad disabled connect to itunes

Ipad password forgotten. Guessed too many times incorrectly, now says the ipad is disabled and I need to connect to the iTunes store, which I did. I cannot get any help from there. PLEASE help! Thank you!

Pardon the redundancy
You need to connect it to a computer running the latest version of iTunes and a functioning internet
