Hey there. So my phone randomly shut off and restarted on me, and when I went to look at my photos I went from over 1000 to just 33. When I checked the icloud website, all of my pictures are still there. What gives? How can I get all of the pictures back on my phone? If it matters, I have an iphone 6 with ios 9.3.1. Thanks!

Just turn on the Photo Library.
Settings > iCloud > Photos

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
Thanks for the replies. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was, because my photo library was on. I contacted Apple's support and they were able to fix it, but I'm not sure what was wrong in the first place. Thanks though!
