Mainstage 3 problem with sounds

I downloaded Mainstage 3 about a year ago and didn't have any problems running it. Downloaded all the additional content. I didn't need it for the last several months and now I have a show where I'm trying to program sounds, but I don't see the jam packs or additional content in my patch library. (it used to come right up in view when starting a new concert, but now it doesn't show) When I do a "find" search, the instruments come up, but when I go to play it, nothing sounds. At this point I'm only able to use the "instruments" patch library and am limited. I want the additional instruments! Why are the other patches not working? Do I need to uninstall the program and reinstall? Is there a setting I'm missing? Was there an update? Help. I have shows this weekend!
