Q: repairing bootcamp after partition

hi, my bootcamp won't start.

I can see the bootcamp files on finder and also see the bootcamp system on startup disk in system preference of my OS but when ever I choose to restart my computer using window it just says no bootable device found and goes all black.

I recently updated my os to el capitan and deleted unused partition that was taking up space.

I don't know much about computers so if you could help me I will be so grateful!!!!

Hi, I need your help again!

I deleted my bootcamp because the partition was too tight for windows,  thinking that I could just reinstall my windows 7 again but for some reason my bootcamp assistant program would not go through installation of the windows.

partitioning and creating of ISO image to USB  stick works fine but once its done with partitioning it restarts and goes black saying no bootable device found.

what could it be this time???
