Question

Cant install itunes - problem is in downloading process

the itunes6464Setup.exe - latest file has a problem whenever I try to download it. It is missing few MB on it resulting to error when installing it. not sure if it only happens to me but even if I change my ISP problem still persists. ex. file is 172mb in total, it only receives 170mb. 1 thing i notice was the file has no itunes setup icon.

tried installing my old copy of itunes and update it but another problem arise - iphone cant be detected even after the update of itunes and iphone's iOS.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1

Restart your internet modem and Wi-Fi router then try downloading and installing iTunes.

If you have difficulty downloading the current iTunes installer file try; unticking the "Keep me up to date..." box, clearing your browser's cache, changing pop-up blocker settings, right-clicking or ctrl-clicking the download button, using an alternate browser, or using the direct links from here.

If you have difficulty downloading the current iTunes installer file try; unticking the "Keep me up to date..." box, clearing your browser's cache, changing pop-up blocker settings, right-clicking or ctrl-clicking the download button, using an alternate browser, or using the direct links from here.
