Q: Ipad 'Music' app reverts to 'Ipad' in Home Sharing

I have two Windows 7 pc's and two ipads, ipad3 and ipad mini. I have iTunes on both pc's and Home Sharing is active also on both. All s/w updates up to date. All on the same wireless network.

Both Ipads have all correct Home Sharing settings. In the 'Music' app, I can see both pc's libraries on both ipads, so far so good...

But, when I select either pc itunes library on either  Ipad, although the library loads up, soon after, within Home Sharing tab, it reverts to Ipad library, not either of the selected pc libraries.

I have  had this problem forever without resolution  through many IOS updates and iTunes updates on the pc's.

Anyone help?
