zoom in/out shortcut(command +/-) not working on any software,
it does not work on safari, adobe photoshop, microsoft office, basically any software.
iMac with Retina 5K display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
In System Preferences>Accessibility>Zoom - Make sure "Use keyboard shortcuts to zoom" is not selected.
Try booting in Safe Mode. See if they work there
OS X El Capitan: Start up in safe mode.
If not, try resetting SMC

i'm not trying to zoom the whole screen, I just need to zoom the text and image inside the software, like safari and photoshop.
