Q: iBook in iPhone 6s Plus stuck . Help me to fix it please!

Hello! I have new iPhone 6s Plus 64gb and I have a problem with iBooks application. It's stuck and I can't open anything. I tried to restart my phone, turned off but nothing help me!!! Please help me. I have 9.2.1 iOS .

You need to update t he iPhone to iOS 9.3.1

 

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

 

When the update is finished, then try opening the iBooks app.
