Hello! I have new iPhone 6s Plus 64gb and I have a problem with iBooks application. It's stuck and I can't open anything. I tried to restart my phone, turned off but nothing help me!!! Please help me. I have 9.2.1 iOS .
You need to update t he iPhone to iOS 9.3.1
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
When the update is finished, then try opening the iBooks app.

I Have had a similar problem. The only way i could solve it was to go to the icloud Drive in settings and switch off iBook. Then switch it back on again. When opening iBooks again select use the cloud. All the missing ibooks reappear and the freeze is cured.
