Q: icloud account stopped working with Outlook app for iPhone and iPad
About a week and a half ago I opened my Outlook App on my phone and ipad to check my mail and calendar as I often do, and my icloud account commandeered the screen asking for my password. I entered it and I was met with an error saying that I need to check my email account or password and try again. I logged into icloud.com to see if I had been hacked, and I was able to get into my account just fine. I tried repeatedly to enter the password with no luck. In order to get to my mail that was waiting I had to resolve the screen before me, and the only other option was to delete the account from my device. So, now I have no access to my mail or calendar in my Outlook app. This is my primary calendar... Is Apple holding me hostage for trying to use another app? Did something change with Apple security recently that is causing me these issues??? Help Please!!!
