Mac Kiosk for El Capitan OS 10.11

Hi. I am seeking help to create a kiosk mode for a school setting and this website talks about the approach we want to take:

I came across this post that further shed light on the situation:

But now with El Capitan, it seems things are done a bit different. I tried reading and understanding the Authorization Rights and the Plug-in information posted from a user on the latter link. It now seems more complicated from the first link and the information seems to not be updated for el Capitan, yet.

If you have other suggestions too, I am open to them. Thank you in advance for any help.
