Best Practices : Room Temperature?

We are currently negotiating with our district on what is the ideal and preferred room temperature for our mac labs. I found an interesting thread a while back but it was specific for dells and I was wondering what was the ideal room temp to keep our labs in. Is there an official apple SOP on this?

"ambient room temperature is between 20°C/68°F and 26°C/79°F, averaging at about 23°C/73°F. Anything exceeding 27°C /80°F is potentially damaging to your computer."

Thank you

Staying a little cooler can't hurt. I'm involved in the manufacture of components for the electrical, electronic & automotive industries. Virtually all of our customers run simulated life testing and all of those tests include either a portion of the time at high temperatures or entirely time at high temperatures (often as much as the device can tolerate).
