Q: Movies are not viewable through iCloud, requiring download to device

The previous day, I purchased HD digital copies of RWBY volume 1 and volume 2, but I was surprised to learn that I could not view either movies straight from my iCloud unless I downloaded them straight to the device I wish to view them on. I thought at first initially last night that if I downloaded the movies then deleted them from my library, it would just delete the hard copies saved onto my device and reset to the iCloud ones (still appearing in the library, but one the iCloud and requiring a wi-fi connection to view), but it ended up deleting the moves completely, requiring me to download them again. None of my other 36 movies in my library does this, allowing me to view them from the iCloud without downloading them and taking up memory in my devices, so I cannot understand why RWBY volumes 1 and 2 are doing this.

Has anyone else had this problem, whether with the RWBY movies or any other movie they own, and if someone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it, as I would love to view the RWBY series without having to spend a couple hours downloading them each time (I only have so much memory on my devices).
