How can i fix this? It tells that i've got 79gb of free space, but also that applications takes 79gb too

There is nothing to fix, really. It's because you need to re-index the drive to get a correct display: Spotlight- How to re-index folders or volumes - Apple Support. You should rely on the Get Info panel for valid space information: Select the disk. Press Command-I to open the Get Info window. In the topmost panel you will find the disk info - Capacity, Used, and Available.
