My child has her own Apple ID, all along I would purchase apps for her and it would transfer to her iPad. But since a new update she has no access to her power packs which are on my list of purchases. She is using "Video star" app?

iTunes purchases (Free downloads are considered purchased) are permanently linked to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them.

To get around this, you can set up Family Sharing and your child. This will allow you to share all your purchases.

I can see how that would be a problem for in-app purchases.

It sounds like your only option is to log out of the iTunes and App Store and log back in with your ID.

Your iCloud accounts will remain separate.

Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap her Apple ID > Sign Out. Then sign back in with your Apple ID.

You can't share in-app purchases.
