I just bought an Apple TV for one of our TVs and we have an older Apple TV in the house. I'm trying to use the Remote app on my iPhone to control the new Apple TV and I can't find the Apple TV on my app. It keeps showing me the other Apple TV.
Any suggestions?
Give them different names, you would have the same problem if you name many computers the same name and use remote app to control them

if you have both ATVs setup for homeshare you should be able to see each of them on your remote app and you just select the icon for the one you want to control...
