Can i upgrade my Iphone 6s memory 16Gb to a 32 or 64 gb?

I recently bought an IPhone 6S 16Gb. It gets full soo quick. Is it possible to go to an apple store and upgrade the memory to something bigger.

No.

16GB's of storage cannot be upgraded.

Only if you trade the device in for one with more storage. The iPhone does not have upgradable storage on the device. You cannot add additional storage to an existing device.
