My Main window and Mix window do not match track orders. I have created tracks for selected channel strips, and ordered them as I want in the main window, but the order does not reflect in the mix window. Thanks in advance on how to rectify this.

I have created tracks for selected channel strips, and ordered them as I want in the main window, but the order does not reflect in the mix window.

I do not have 2 projects open at all.. This is what is going on. Here is a reply from Logic Pro forum

What's happening is you're using a multi-output instrument, then reordering the separate output Aux tracks. However in your Mixer, you have View > Signal Flow Channel Strips, which makes sure all separate out Aux channel strips are always displayed to the right of the multi-out instrument, by input order.

You could turn off the Signal Flow Channel Strip view, but then you'll lose the Output channel strip - unless you choose Track > Show Output Track.

Here is the thread, since this help page did not accept my screen shots.. The other did

That makes no sense. The mixer window (shortcut is the X key) should match the arrange window exactly, no matter how you rearrange the order.

To start, go to the Logic Pro X menu, to Preferences, to Advanced Tools. Make sure EVERYTHING in that window is turned on.

Also be sure you only have one project open, not two. Go to the Window menu, the very bottom section, it should list only one project, not more.
