I am prevented from accessing my itunesU course because I am being prompted to sign the instructor agreement. I want to but there is no button I can see to click on after 'reading' the agreement. What do I have to do the accept the agreement?

At the bottom of the window should be a checkbox to click to accept the terms, with a Continue (or similarly labeled) button beneath it. If you can't see it, try resizing the window or scrolling.
If you can't find the button after resizing or scrolling, please post a screenshot of the bottom of your browser window in that state – don't forget to crop out personal information! – so the community can offer other suggestions.
