My phone constantly says searching and nothing I have done has fixed it.

My phone had died two days ago and ever since I turned it back on, it continues to say "searching" where my service and 4G should be. I have rebooted my phone many times, turned it off and on again, and even reset my network settings. I've done everything other discussions about the topic and nothing has helped. I have an iPhone 5C and I have iOS 9.3.1. I am in desperate need of help because I can not receive or make calls.
