can I use Flash on my Mac?

I tried to watch a video, and it said I needed a Flash plugin. Then I clicked the link to download one, and it's not working.

iMac with Retina 5K display, iOS 9.3.1

If you clicked a link that showed when trying to play a video, it may have been a fake and may have installed something dangerous.

Only get Flash from here

and make sure that once you have installed it you change your browser settings:

Safari.app > Preferences ... > Security > Plug-in Settings ... > Adobe Flash Player

to 'When visiting other websites: Ask'.
