Iphone 4s restore failed... i went i phone service center and they informed device failed..

HI,

My iphone4s was not backing up through wifi so i thought of doing factory restore , when i restored through itunes firmware updated failed i tried 20 times same issue, service center i went and they were told ur device has failed, ll exchange with new one with 14k....

Plz solution for this how to restore or skip firmware verification. its just 1yr 6 months old phone... its very bad experience with iphone...

Try restoring your device through iTunes if you have a Mac or PC available to use.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

I tried using my lenovo windows 7 .. firmware verification failed.. (error code-1)

Error code -1 is a hardware failure code. The service center was correct in their diagnosis.

Your device is damaged. There is nothing to do except to replace the unit. Avail yourself of an out of warranty replacement (if available in your country). It is cheaper than buying a new phone.
