IF you have forgotten the answers to your security questions, Apple Support explains that clicking on the "reset my security questions" link is where you can begin to solve this problem, but ... this link only shows in the US version, and I'm in Asia duh!!!
What to do? I need to urgently correct my personal information.

No, the country where you are is irrelevant, the reset link will show if you have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different) - if you aren't getting the link you don't have one, you will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support

AS I said, the reset link does NOT show, and besides that, I have gone through every single alternative effort to get it solved otherwise, including calling Apple Support here in this country. The phone number is now assigned to a different company. Apple haven't even updated this on their support website!
SO, my problem remains. Please do NOT respond if you do not know what you're talking about, this is not a chat room!
