my move ring is over a million soft n hard reset did not help

    Move and other activity-related estimations depend, in part, on your personal information.

     

    To check that this has been entered accurately (and to keep it updated over time):

     

    - On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health > Edit - tap and adjust items, then tap on Done.

    Having corrected any errors in your personal information, it may also help to reset your calibration data and to re-calibrate your watch:

     

    - On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > tap on Reset Calibration Data.

     

    Calibration improves the accuracy of health and activity-related estimations including Move, calorie, distance and Exercise estimations in the Activity App:
