How zoom in on part of image to aid retouching?
Returned recently to Aperture. Can't remember how to enlarge part of the image to aid in retouching. If the answer is Loupe Tool, please remind me how it works.

Which version of Aperture are you using?
To zoom the viewer enter the key combination command-+ (⌘+) or press the zoom-viewer button:
if you prefer the Loupe, launch it from the View menu with "Show Loupe", where also will find the Loupe options to switch to a centered Loüpe or show the grid in the Loupe.
Thanks, Léonie. This helped. Using Aperture, V. 2.
You're welcome. I can unfortunately not test with Aperture 2, because I have Aperture 3.6 installed.
There is no Aperture 2 user manual on Apple's pages any more, but perhaps you can download it here: https://www.scribd.com/doc/6044964/Aperture-2-User-Manual
