Q: Changed icloud password in OSX Capitan using "Forgot password?". Now cannot log into iCloud with the new password (reset confirmation email received from Apple)
I changed my password for iCloud using the "Forgot Password?" procedure. Received an email from Apple confirming change. Now OSX Capitan is asking for me to enter new password but is not recognizing the new password. Same happened to me twice. Any idea for procedure for resolving this as have not found answer with web search.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6), Entourage 12.1.7

Have you tried signing out using the old password and then signing back in?
