I have two issues on my brand new Apple tv 4:
Apple TV 4-OTHER, tvOS 9.2
As a baseline do the following:
Check for updates and install if needed: http://help.apple.com/appletv/#/atvb7e0a4ea5

Confirm your remote is paired and charged: http://help.apple.com/appletv/#/atvb7d4de50d
You would get more response on your podcast problem if you post it separately, since it's unrelated to the subject line. There's already a thread on this issue, which might have some info.
What language are you using for Siri? Is it your native language?
Found the problem with Siri, had to keep the mic button pressed until I finish the question 🙂
But now I see another one which I have not found anything on the web for it:
Navigation sounds are completely missing although I have switched the option to On in Settings.
Of course, the navigation sounds come from the TV speakers. Do you have the sound turnd on?

Of course the volume is On 🙂
Every other app has sound: youtube,music,plex etc. but navigation through menus has none.
This is clearly not normal behavior from the ATV.
Do a restart by reading and following these instructions:

If that does not clear it up do a restore by carefully reading these instructions and following Restore:

Found the cause of this issue, if I may say so. I have raised the volume of my TV to a much higher value after a restart of the Apple TV and I can hear the navigation clicks and effect sounds but still, these sound effects are having the volume way too low if I have too set the TV volume at such a high value. If I play a movie and leave the Volume level at this level, the sound level is too high! this issue was not present on the 3rd gen.
I will raise a bug report at Apple.
