ipod not syncing, says it will delete current content

Hello,

I am trying to sync my Ipod to my itunes. I have not synced it in awhile. I added itunes to a new computer. My ipod touch has music on it that was transferred from my cds. I dont want to delete that music because it was a lot of work. I want to sync my ipod to my itunes without deleting the songs that are currently on my ipod. HELP!!! This is so frustrating!! I dont have the old computer where the itunes library had the music from CDS. my ipod is the only thing that has those songs on it. My ipod has most up to date software

You can only sync with one computer. To switch computers

If all the synced media like apps and music are already in the iTunes library of the new computer just backup to iTunes and restore from that backup.

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
