I have both "Sophos Anti-Virus" and "Remove Sophos Anti-Virus" on my computer. This makes no sense to me. What should I do?

Double-click on Remove Sophos Anti-Virus app and remove the software. You don't need that type of software on your Mac. Update your computer to the most recent version of OS X that it can run. You may need to install more RAM if you only have 2 GBs installed presently. The current version of OS X is El Capitan (10.11.4.)
