Q: Upgraded from trail to paid account: Music no longer syncs, nor do playlists...
Hi there,
Recently I took up your Apple Music trial on my Android. Now, it was somewhat buggy but I liked that it linked my iTunes on my PC and the phone.
I've upgraded to a paid account and the Playlists/tracks no longer sync - which makes me feel like I've been a little bit conned OR that something is very wrong.
Both accounts are signed into, please help!

It sounds like you paid for a subscription to Apple Music on your Android device but now nothing seems to be syncing between your Windows 10 machine and your phone. I would use the troubleshooting here in the following article on your phone:
Get help with the beta of Apple Music on Android
