The last Apple products that could open AppleWorks 6 word processing, and spreadsheet documents was Pages '09 v4.3, and Numbers '09 v2.3 respectively.

The free LibreOffice (currently v5.1.2.2) can open ClarisWorks 5, and AppleWorks 6 documents whether from Windows or Mac, and from there, into other more portable formats (e.g. .docx, PDF). If your ClarisWorks/AppleWorks documents are pure word processing, or pure spreadsheet, then you will have better results than those documents that contain a mixture of features from several ClarisWorks/AppleWorks applications. LibreOffice may open an AppleWorks 6 database as a spreadsheet, but not truly convert the database.
