apple mobile device services privileges issues installing iTunes on windows 10

I am trying to install iTunes12.3.3. on a Eee PC Seashell that I just updated to Windows 10 and I always get an error message that says (translating from Italian) that I don't have enough privileges to run the Apple Mobile Device Services. If I ignore it I get it later again and, if I keep ignoring it, the program won't start once the installation is over.

I tried to activate the AMDS manually, but with no effect. I serched on the internet and on the Apple site, but I only find answers to the same or similar problem on the older versions of iTunes or Windows.

I had Avira antivirus installed, but I just uninstalled and am trying without it, but, I guess, I won't have better success.

Can somebody out there help me? I urgently need to upload the backup of my old iPhone 4s on a new iPhone SE and aparently I can't go through the Cloud 😟

Thank you

iPhone SE, Windows 10
