I brought a new iPad Air2 yesterday. Everything is setup including my new apple id. But every time I try to download apps from the App Store it goes through the motion but does not download or install? Please can anyone help?
No error message is being given. I got my wife to try and download on her ipad Air2 and it worked with no problem.

Try going to Settings > General > Restrictions > and make sure that the iTunes Store, Installing Apps, Deleting Apps, and In-App Purchases are all under the Allow section. Then hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything. Then sign out of the iTunes Store and sign back in.
and what happens if you remove restrictions, restart the iPad Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and retry ?
You could try a System Restore as per below but given that it is a new iPad I would take it back and ask the store to "fix" it or give you a new one.
