total novice, phone won't sync
I have the latest version of itunes on phone and laptop but itunes says i need update, my wifes phone has the same versions and works fine.
any help would be greatly appreciated
iPhone 5c, iOS 9.3.1
The latest iTunes version available is 12.3.3. Just in case follow the instructions below.
Windows
- Open iTunes.
- If the menu bar isn't showing, hold down the Control and B keys to show it. Learn more about the iTunes for Windows menu bar.
- From the menu bar, choose Help > Check for Updates.
- Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
