No scientific calculator. My phone won't rotate 90º.
Since going to 9.3.1 rotating my phone 90º no longer works. No scientific calculator and no wide angle pics. is there a workaround. Can I go back to 9.2?

you have to change setting to be able to rotate …I had to do that too…slide up on home page to show control center, and you will see a 'lock' on top which has to be unlocked…right now you have your pone locked in portrait position.
