Is it possible to use a current version of Safari on Windows 10?
No. Safari stopped being developed and supported for Windows in 2012. If you don't want to use Edge or IE, I would recommend Firefox.
No, there is no current version of Safari for Windows.
Safari for Windows was discontinued years ago, and should no longer be installed let alone used for everyday web browsing/
