Not sure why you would expect fellow users on these user-to-user forums to know why your account has been disabled.


If you've followed all of the instructions in the link already posted and it's saying disabled you could try contacting US iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it - whether they do so might depend upon why it's disabled (whilst in the US you can only use the US store, if you were trying to use the Canadian store iTunes might have permanently disabled your account). You can contact support via the 'Contact Apple' link at the bottom of every page on here.
