Star Wars Comics on iBooks

How come there aren't single issue releases of any of the Star Wars Marvel Comics on iBook? Only the larger volume releases are on there. The descriptions are not helpful as to what issues are in each comic and some volumes; such as Vader 1 are missing from the collection. Is this an Apple issue or is this a Marvel decision?

It's a Marvel/rights-holder's decision, Apple can only sell content where they are licensed to sell it. You could try contacting Marvel and ask them to let Apple sell them, and you could also try requesting them via Apple (but without the rights-holder's agreement Apple won't be able to do anything) : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
