how do i view contacts via i cloud on stolen iphone

My i phone was stolen can i get contacts off i cloud and then erase phone

If your phone was setup to sync contacts to iCloud you can use a computer and log in to https://www.icloud.com/ and go to the Contacts app there.

If you want to download the contacts from https://www.icloud.com/ you can go to the Contacts app there and then click the gear-shaped icon at lower left, click Select All, then click the gear-shaped icon again and click Export vCard.
