Q: deleted core audio frameworks

Hello, I just deleted two Core Audio frameworks from my girlfriend's computer in an attempt to get a Presonus Firestudio Project working... now the computer won't work altogether. Please Help!!!

    more info: the system stopped working as soon as I deleted the files. Wouldn't even let me put them back from the trash after I realized the impact of what I'd done. Have tried starting in Safemode, doesn't make a difference - Can't seem to get past the grey loading screen w/the Apple logo and spinny circle.
