I understand you are trying to sync videos you recorded on your iPhone to your MacBook. Do you have iCloud Photo Library enabled? If so, the videos would be uploaded to iCloud and synced automatically. If not, you can import the videos from your iPhone into the Photos app, or use the Image Capture app. I'll include some information below for you:
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iCloud Photo Library
iCloud Photo Library FAQ
Image Capture: Transfer images and other items from your device
Take care,

I can chose "Import" form the menu which opens a finder window, but in the finder I can't see my iPhone.
When I open iTunes I can see my iPhone and im able to syncronise music. In iTunes I#m also able to synchronies picture from my Macbook to my iPhone but I have no functionality to sync from iPhone to Mac.
