Q: Macbook Pro 2015 (Mid Version) - Black Screen

Hi,

I recently bought this product from Sri Lanka a Brand new product and i have a very serious issue when you use the pc. the screen starts flickering and its comes to a black screen which i am unable to do any work its being only one month. to be frank i love the apple products and but after this im really dissapointed. i have being looking forward to work with these products ahead. after spending this much and if you dont get anything out of it?

And the worst case this is the closest place where we can communicate. not even a single email address to message or communicate which is not very professional at all.

I gave the pc to the local store to fix it and they say that they are unable to replace it, what they will do is try to fix it by them self and will let me know i have no idea what to do after this.

here after if this doesnt work out, i wont be advising my any friend to buy apple products because of this insecurity. im really disappointed at you guys!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

I think your problem is the Apple has no official presence in Sri Lanka.  Here is a list of countries that Apple does business in directly or indirectly.

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

You might consider contacting Apple and see if you can ship the Mac to them for repair.

    Ciao.

Ok Guys, Thanks for the reply.

Anyway i got fixed my pc and hopefully its still running without any issue.

Yes Sri Lanka doesn't have a Apple Store but im sure there are 2-3 authorized re seller points where you can claim the original apple warranty.

I got the mac book fixed by Future world center which is located at duplication road. they were really quick fully diagnized the issue and got it fixed within one week. replaced the whole mother board.

If you have anything which needs to repair. take them to future world they will get it fixed. you might have to pay them for the services but then again its worthy since you can still claim your apple products warranty. Cheers!
