Apple TV didn't detect Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker

Hi guys,

Just bought Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker. It has Bluetooth 4.0, the same version as Apple TV.

I tested the speaker to connect with iPhone, iPad and MacBook. All paired perfectly without any trouble.

But Apple TV can't even detect the speaker bluetooth.

Maybe anyone here have any clue or solution?

Or maybe Apple need to add driver to detect this Chinese bluetooth speaker on the tvOS.

Thanks in advance.

Right. You may be out of luck, though hard to see why. Just for reference, here are the instructions Use Bluetooth accessories with your Apple TV (4th generation) - Apple Support .

Looking around, I see that you can only pair your speaker with one device at a time. You must unpair it from your phone, before pairing with ATV.

Incidentally, why not use the TV speakers for ATV, or an audio system connected to the TV?
