I just want to know if this is the case. My iPod used to sync to my computer before i used the mp3 converter to get music off of YouTube. after i saved it to my computer, it stopped syncing to ANY of my apple devices. so does iTunes recognize mp3 converted music? is this so i cant sync it to my iPod? the only music i was converting was stuff that wasn't on the apple store.

There is no reason why iTunes should not sync MP3 to your iPod:
unless it has something to do with how you are acquiring/ converting/saving the MP3 in iTunes. Can you specify?
The converter i was using was clip converter. i basically just clicked save as mp3 and when it finished converting i clicked download. Is this not a good converter. Also to specify, none of my apple devices are registered by iTunes when plugged into my computer. Again, this happened after i used clip converter . As for saving, i created a folder labeled mp3 and put all the mp3 files in there.
